Heathers Headache is currently in the studio recording the finishing touches on their first album. So far the CD is expected to contain between 7 & 10 original songs, including "The Chemical Love Song" & "I'll Take You Over" (demo recordings of both songs you can hear on this site).

Other song titles include "Lost in You", "Allison", "Trauma", "Without You" and "Bonnie."

After a 4 month layoff used to record the CD, the Band is currently working again to book dates in January and February so check back for updates on recent bookings.

The guys have also hinted at playing at an exclusive album release party sometime in the Spring.

About Heather's Headache

Heather's Headache was formed in 2003 just outside Washington D.C. when friends Brandon Heiner, Bryan Rasmussen and Jason Day began playing for fun. When the opportunity to perform at a private function arose, drummer James Abbott and bassist Dave Charbonneau joined the lineup. Jozsef Szamosfalvi joined the band in the summer of 2004 after the departure of guitarist Bryan Rasmussen. Dave, Brandon, Jozsef, and James each bring an extended musical resume to the group.

From the start, the band has shown an immediate chemistry and in a short time Heather's Headache has worked to produce inspiring music. Currently, they are working the D.C. metro area bar/club scene and aiming for the release of their first album sometime soon.

"They produce a unique sound born of tonal rock and driving rhythms. Their original music resonates with an edge and devoted symmetry."
-- Johnny Young, Y101 Radio Richmond, Virginia

"Whatever IT is...Heather's Headache's found it. Each band member seems to be a smooth extension of the next. All in all, a very good time."
--Stephanie Denton, Z103 Radio Idaho Falls, Idaho
